We collect and store your name, email address, telephone number and payment information for scheduling an appointment through the scheduling software application MassageBook. We retain your information for as long as we use MassageBook, or until you ask us to delete your information. We collect your name and payment information (including credit card number) for payment of services, via the Site and/or in person at the time of Service via one of the following payment transaction systems: Square, Stripe or PayPal.
